Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing restopedicindia@gmail.com.

• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Returns & Refunds:

• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact restopedicindia@gmail.com with your order details.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects.

• Custom or made-to-order mattresses.
